Poke-Aquariums

Hey there apologies for any perceived delay your surveys where you get to pick ALLLLL the goodies you want with your order will go out on Friday. Smoke testing was successful so everything should go NIIIICCCEEE and easy. I have already sent a few of the items out to get manufactured so we should have some results in the coming weeks! Very excited... spent soooo long on the Wailord deluxe pin with the pantone booklet picking the colors haha. 

Additionally I have set up the add ons for anyone who didn't get the chance to add them due to me being silly and not putting them up correctly at launch.... so when you go to pick your choices you should see a separate screen for anything else you would like to additionally pick up! :)

Project Update 🐟

FIRST OFF, ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! ❤️

In about two weeks, I’ll be sending out the pledge surveys. I want to make sure everyone who needs to update any failed payments has plenty of time to do so, because I want to make absolutely certain that I can get all of your FUN STUFF into your hands!

My Commitment to You

I’ll continue posting updates whenever there are meaningful developments with the pins and other goodies you’ve pledged for.

Once manufacturing begins, there may be a short period where there isn’t much to show right away, since it takes some time for the products to be completed. The good news is that once everything is finished, shipping to me is typically very fast.

I truly appreciate your patience throughout this process. These things take a little time, but we want to make sure everything has enough time in the oven to come out just right! ✨

I also wanted to take a moment to say just how incredibly blown away I am by the amount of support this project has received. It means the world to me that so many awesome people were willing to support my art.

And I’m not exaggerating when I say that this will likely be one of those moments I look back on ten years from now as a pivotal turning point in my life.

Because of you, I now have the opportunity to create cool things… and hopefully even MORE cool things in the future.

The last little guy for the project is finally done, and I am SUPER happy with how he turned out! Honestly, I lowkey wish I had designed him at the very beginning because he is just way too adorable.

Also, someone pointed out that I had forgotten to add the add-on options to the campaign... whoops! 😅 Those are all live now, along with this FLIPPIN' adorable Pikachu!

With only a few days left in the campaign, if there are any unlocked designs you have been eyeing, now is the perfect time to grab them as add-ons. Every bit of support means the world to me and helps make projects like this possible.

Hey there! I am indeed alive apologies for the delay.... I have a sketch for roughly what I said I wanted to get up for by Tuesday done. THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS NOT A FINAL PRODUCT!

So the goal is to have Pikachu surfing up and down.... I am trying to get some of the rough ideas down right now... but I do intend to finish it this week assuming all goes well. So it should be done IDEALLY by Sunday... Animation takes time lol. The colors are not necessarily final either.... I do intend to mess with it a bit... just usually my stuff is desaturated until I get to finishing the render. I normally don't show WIP but figure this might be vaguely interesting to see!

I have it listed in the pledges if your interested but totally understand if you wanna wait for the final product to be shown. I'll have it in gif format like the Politoed x Pikmin one when I am done! Since we lowkey hit all the goals I am just gonna have it up immediately since y'all have been so great to me! ❤️

 Hey there! First off, thank you ALL so, so much for the overwhelming support I truly appreciate everything!!!! You’re going to help me so much in bringing the Poke-Aquariums to life! I have some future plans and projects that I’ll be posting about after fulfillment of this campaign. I am so lucky to have you all ❤️

Okay, down to business! Since I didn’t plan on blowing past all of the stretch goals so fast… lol, good problem to have! I’ve been scrambling to figure out WHAT IS NEXT… so I put up a poll, and it looks like we’ve landed on Surfing Pikachu as the next design! 

I already have some good ideas for that. Many of you supporting me and my collab partner will be getting the Polaroid Politoed x Pikmin pin, along with some fun insight into how I make my pins. Typically, I design them with a base that I can swap out. This helps me adjust inventory based on demand and keep prices reasonable regardless of a design’s popularity. 
 
With that in mind, I’m thinking of using the 2.5" Polaroid as the base for the Surfing Pikachu pin and then animating it. Since I’m apparently the “lenticular guy” now lol, I might as well put my animation major to use haha. 

I’ll be adding it as an add-on at $15, and we’ll see where things go from there! This will likely be my last pin for this project due to time. Honestly, I’d do every suggestion if I could, but don’t worry, I fully plan to keep making more poke-projects. Maybe something spooky is on the way for October 👀
